At Leather Gent we aim to only offer our customers products that we have selected and trust the quality.
Our customer do of course have the 14 day statutory right to cancel and return your order from the day you received it for any reason. At Leather Gent we are so confident in the products we offer you that we offer a full 365 days return policy.
If you have received an item that you believe is damaged, faulty or otherwise does not match the product description, please submit a Returns Request using the contact form on this page. Please ensure to provide as much detail of the issue, including attaching photos to visually demonstrate your reason for requesting a return.
Item return requests are reviewed quickly, and we will get back to you typically within 2 business days. Please note that Australian public holidays may effect response time.
Accepted returns requests will be sent a return postage package via standard mail to send your return item/s to Leather Gent, and your items will be refunded via the same method of payment used to place the order.
Item exchange requests are reviewed quickly, and we will get back to you typically within 2 business days.
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com. We require that you mail the item/s back to us for inspection before we then send the swapped item/s back out to you.
